Being passionate about fine foods and ingredients, Christopher Smith started the Valley Produce Company in late 2000. Beginning with infused olive oil and authentic wine dressings, we are quickly expanding our range into truffle infused honeys. We have Fig and almond pyramids, and Pear and hazelnut pyramids.
