Extra virgin olive oil
This high quality golden extra virgin olive oil is from
olive groves from the north west of Victoria. The olives
are hand selected and cold pressed the same day. This
olive oil is complex, fruity and smooth.

Using the same olive oil we cold press lemons and infuse
it into the oil for a minimum of three months this gives
the oil a beautiful citrus scent. Use this delicious

This truly boutique product was derived from Christopher
Smiths passion for truffles. The best truffles come
from France and Italy. There truly magnificent flavour
together with honey is the perfect condiment with a
